It’s...Motivation Monday! 😁And...another chance at becoming the best version of yourself! In all truth, we can choose that every day, but #motivationmonday just gives an extra push 😉. When it comes to diet, there are so many “rules” that we are taught to go by. For example, “Oh, bagels will make you fat!” Let’s dump the rules TODAY. Do you know when I eat a bagel? When my body craves one! 👍 There is a big difference between craving and eating because of habit, so start paying attention to the WHY you’re eating something. Personally, I love making eggs and a bagel as a special weekend breakfast, or as a brunch with a smoothie alongside. I’m often times busy with #weddings and #events on weekends, so eating a nutritious and satiating meal before I head out helps keep my mind at ease that I already got a ton of nutrients in my body in case I’m not able to later, and it gives me great energy!
